Shipping and handling are completely free for all paid orders within the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
We believe in our product and want to create sweat solutions that work for everyone, so your purchase of Carpe comes with a first order 100% money back guarantee, which means that if you don’t like your Carpe item(s) for any reason, we will fully refund your returned purchase on first order. Shipping costs not included. Requests for return will be responded to within two days (though we aim to respond within a few hours).

Orders purchased with the intent of resale, or by a person who has previously resold Carpe items, are not eligible for refund under any circumstances, even if these orders were never shipped. Initiating a credit card chargeback voids your right to a refund. No orders connected with a credit card chargeback will be refunded.
Packages that are refused upon delivery or marked as "Return to Sender" are not eligible for a refund. Once a package has been dispatched and either rejected by the recipient or returned by the carrier, we are unable to issue any form of reimbursement.
Additional orders beyond the first order placed by any customer are not eligible for refund. Free gifts are limited to one per customer.
