I sweat very heavily and very easy. I recently moved from a dry, hot area to a very warm, humid place, and Carpe has helped to keep my underarms dry in both climates. Definitely works best with an application just before bed and first thing in the morning.
I also go to the gym 6 days a week, and no matter how brutal my workout is, my pits are the least sweaty part of me now.
